@ Dee, Thanks for coming by, I will be back to your sites for sure. Its a shame people don't look at other people as themselves. Dee come back soon and bring some Jamaican vegetarian recipes... :-)

@ Joe Cass, thanks for coming by. Your attitude is exactly what this post is about. Please feel free to come back again, though I don't agree with your comment, this is a place where you can express your feelings.

Ensayn, thank you for visiting my blogs. I love this perspective. I grew up a few blocks from Kings County Hospital. Like many other county hospitals, the care, love and concern (and yes your right the humanity the God has graced us with) is not there.

Esmin an Edith deserved so much more. There is so much lack of training in these hospitals. Yes health care is trouble, but aside from the insurance agencies raping us we also need to have more time spent training the personnel how to be sensitive to the ones entrusted in their care.

The Rodriguez woman used the emergency room on a regular basis for standard care. She was a drain on society and offered nothing.Had she contributed anything it would have been through a job with benefites. Now her family wants $43 million for her inevitable death. Now they want the cash but didn't want anything to do with her otherwise as evidenced by her being alone in the ER.
Humans are mortal and resources are limited. Not everyone needs or deserves to live to a ripe old age.

BHC, thanks for coming over. There are are many people dealing with a disfunctional thyroid and is a reason for their weight gain, so no matter how much they exercise they may not lose the weight. But, what coconut oil does is stimulate the thyroid to work properly which acutally aides in weight loss. Along with proper exercise more people will become fit.

I always cook with coconut oil...much healthier than soybean or canola oils. (I also use it on my dreadlocks lol) :-)

I have heard that a teaspoon of coconut oil daily is good for weight loss, haven't tried that because I think exercise is the best way to maintain a healthy weight.

Ensayn1,

Thanks for the appreciation. I came to browse, and I love this site! I see you're on the case about so many things I've been concerned about. From bird flu (the planet is about due for a global pandemic) to poison "food," to exercise & meditation. Wow! Keep up the good work.

Peace, blessings & solidarity.

Hi Alisha, thanks for coiming to the Supreme side...LOL. We all dream every night. It could be that you wake up too fast, maybe jump right up out of the bed and begin thinking about the day ahead or worry about something going on in your life. Try laying in bed for a few minutes before you actually get up and try and think about what you dreamed. Or maybe set your alarm clock for thirty minutes earlier than you normally do, and just hit the snooze. This may help you to remember them, since most dream come in the latter half of your night.

I don't ever remember my dreams. . . Wish I could though - especially if those cultures are accurate when they say we are weaving our future through our dreams. Does that mean something that I don't ever remember dreaming?

The ultimate question is: by what does one judge right from wrong, good from evil? Where is it that a person can find a standard that does not change? The standard has been set. It is the same yesterday, as it is today, as it is for all future to come. There is only one truth. And by this truth all is judged. If we believe that truth is realivent. Then truth becomes our reality. One must be careful not to confuse the two. While all truth is real. One's reality can be a lie.
